1. Processing and handling time
Standard orders: Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday). Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or major holidays.
High-volume periods: During peak times (e.g., new product releases, holiday seasons), processing may take longer. We will announce any significant delays on our website or social media.
Order cutoff time: Orders placed after 2:00 PM PST will begin processing the next business day.
2. Shipping rates and methods
Transparency: All shipping charges are calculated at checkout and are based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. You can view your options before payment.
Carriers: We primarily ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx, offering several methods to meet your needs:
Standard shipping: Estimated 5–7 business days.
Expedited shipping: Estimated 2–3 business days.
Overnight shipping: Estimated 1–2 business days.
Free shipping: We offer free standard domestic shipping on orders over $100.00. This will be automatically applied at checkout.
3. Packaging and protection
Secure packaging: We take great care in packaging all items, especially delicate collectibles and cards.
Sports cards: Individual cards are placed in a penny sleeve, then a toploader or semi-rigid holder, and finally sealed in a team bag. Valuable cards are secured between cardboard inserts and placed in a rigid mailer or box.
Collectibles: Items are wrapped in bubble wrap and secured with packing materials inside a sturdy box to prevent movement.
Shipping insurance: Insurance is included with all expedited and overnight shipments. For high-value orders (e.g., over $100), we strongly recommend customers purchase additional insurance at checkout. For orders over $250, we may require insurance and signature confirmation.
Lost or damaged items: We are not liable for packages once they are handed to the carrier. However, if your order arrives damaged, contact us within 5 days. You will need to file a claim directly with the shipping carrier and save all packaging materials.
4. International shipping
Availability: We ship to select international locations. Please enter your address at checkout to see if your country is supported.
Customs, duties, and taxes: All international customers are responsible for paying any customs, duties, or taxes incurred. We cannot predict or control these charges. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
Customs declaration: We declare the full retail value of items on customs forms.
5. Order tracking and delivery
Tracking information: You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking number to become active.
Delivery issues: If you believe your package is lost or stolen, check your tracking information and contact the shipping carrier first. If they are unable to resolve the issue, contact our customer service team for further assistance.
Incorrect addresses: We are not responsible for packages that are lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.
