All sales are final

·         All sales made through our website are considered final. We do not accept returns or offer exchanges for products unless they arrive damaged, defective, or are not as described.

·         Please carefully review your order before finalizing your purchase. By completing a transaction, you agree to this "all sales are final" policy. 

Exceptions for damaged, defective, or misrepresented items

·         We stand behind the quality of our products. If your item arrives damaged, is defective, or is not the item you ordered, you may be eligible for a replacement or a refund.

·         You must report issues with damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 14 days of delivery. To report a problem, contact us at adelfacorllc@gmail.com and provide the following:

o    Your order number

o    A detailed description of the issue

o    Clear photographs of the item and its original packaging

·         Items must be returned in their original packaging to be eligible for a replacement or refund. We will cover the cost of return shipping for these specific cases. 

Condition of items

·         The condition of hobby collectibles, especially sports cards, is subjective and can be affected by manufacturing processes or third-party grading standards. We do not accept returns based on a disagreement over an item's condition unless it is definitively damaged or defective upon arrival.

·         Due to the sensitive nature of these items, we cannot accept returns for products that have been removed from their sealed packaging, used, or altered in any way.
